CONTENTS:

TRIP INCENTIVE POLICY FOR 2007/2008
- General Policy for missing more than a half day of school
to attend an EIP event: must have at least a 2.8 GPA.
- Anyone returning late to the bus/staging areas will be charged $1/minute – NO EXCEPTIONS!
Policies for incentive trips:
- No one may have any "No Shows" (not calling in advance of the
event to state that you cannot attend even though you have signed up)
for any event for which students have to sign up in advance at the EIP
office. NO SHOWS in the summer count against trips the following year.
- All volunteer hours must be from an EIP sponsored event and be completed
by April 30, 2008. Students will be charged $10 per volunteer hour not completed.
- All dates for these trips are tentative, depending on scheduling.
TRIP TO ST. LOUIS – JUNE 16-19, 2008
Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores
- Maintain at least a 2.8 GPA cum for first semester this year
- Attend both the Career Luncheon (March) and the Banquet (April)
- Attend Career Day (November)
- Make one college visit with EIP or attend one other EIP activity
- Do 8 hours of volunteer work
- Pay a $25 deposit by January 4, 2008 (Non-refundable after April 1, 2008)
TRIP TO MILWAUKEE AREA, JUNE 12-13, 2008
Freshmen
- Maintain at least a 2.8 GPA cum for first semester this year
- Attend both the Career Luncheon (March) and the Banquet (April)
- Attend Career Day (November)
- Attend “Energizing Your Future” event – February 18, 2008 (Wausau) or March 7, 2008 (DCE) and attend at least
two other EIP activities (such as in-school meetings)
- Do four hours of volunteer work
8th Graders, Wausau
- Have a 3.0 or above GPA cum for first semester this year
- Attend the Annual Awards Banquet (April)
- Attend “Energizing Your Future” event – February 18, 2008.
- Attend at least 13 activities (such as Marvelous Mondays & meetings at school)
- Do four hours of volunteer work
8th Graders, DCE
- Have a 3.0 or above GPA cum for first semester this year
- Attend the Annual Awards Banquet (April)
- Attend “Energizing Your Future” event – March 7, 2008.
- Attend at least 7 activities (such as after school activities & meetings at school)
- Do four hours of volunteer work
